Why are the standards of beauty on women so high?
What is this uphill battle that has women spending billions of dollars on products and procedures they can't afford in an attempt to be more beautiful or fix some external flaw?
Without addressing the internal "flaws," the external addiction to vanity will be just one more vain attempt laced with diminishing returns that won't last or completely satisfy.

Teaching women to flex their muscles from the inside out is my passion. I hope that through this site, and with my clothes, I can influence young girls and women to become stronger and more confident about who they are.
