Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies by RWHM


1/2 cup of butter or coconut oil 

2 eggs 

1 cup of sugar

1tsp baking soda

1tbs cinnamon 

1tsp salt 

1tsp pumpkin spice or nutmeg 

1tsp vanilla 

21 ounces of Organic Pumpkin 

8 ounces of chocolate chips or Lily's Brand Stevia Chocolate Chips 

1 1/2 cups of Delicious Brand Chocolate Protein Powder( available at Fit Pit) 

1 1/2 cups of any other flour (I usually opt for all protein powder or Almond Flour) 


Mix all together until well blended. Place on non greased cookie sheet and bake at 375
